Fulfilling Breakfast: 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. – Fresh Fruits, sprouts to contain your hunger between breakfast and lunch. This way you don’t end up starving by lunch-time and complete your fruit quota for the day.
Wholesome Lunch: 1:30 – 2:30 – Lunch includes salad, rice, dal, vegetables, sweet, chapattis, featured international menu or we can custom design the menu as per your requirement as well.
Power Snax: 4:30 – 5:30 – The idea of this meal is to consume a nutrition rich meal with invisible fats and proteins, along with dietary fibres. It features different soups/Juices, khakhras in nachos style, wraps, or a mix of soup n salad mix and a beverage.
Tiny Bites: 6:30- 7:30 – Bite sized meals for you to munch on while travelling back home. They will be delivered along with Power Snax.
